20 List of Diseases and Food You Should Not Consume
Food keeps people alive. But food is also an enemy if someone suffers from the disease. Avoiding food that is served is the best way that can be done with patients of various diseases.
Moving away from food that is served is a preventive measure so that illness suffered not frequent relapses that can interfere with daily activities.

Avoid fatty foods, such as meat, offal, coconut oil and foods that contain lots of salt.

Avoid foods that cause excess mucus production such as milk, cheese and other dairy products, white sugar, white flour, white bread and chocolate. Also avoid foods that can cause allergic reactions such as eggs, milk, wheat, fish, shellfish, beans, soybeans and peanuts, as well as sulfide-containing foods such as pickles, dried vegetables and fruits, and shrimp.
Avoid consumption of caffeine, spicy foods, spicy foods such as meats and offal, carbonated beverages, milk, oranges, and tomatoes.
Avoid consumption of cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, coffee, chocolate and chocolate products, black and green tea and soft drinks. Also avoid foods with preservatives and additives such as MSG ((monosodium glutamate), extract broth, or hydrolyzed vegetable protein products labeled "natural flavors".

Avoid foods that contain lots of fat such as meat and meat products, jengkol crackers, butter, cream, sausage, ham, eggs, and all dairy products.

19. Dengue Fever
Avoid fast food (junk food), fatty foods such as meat, coconut milk, high fat milk. Expand the consumption of fruit and water.
Avoid caffeinated beverages like coffee, spicy foods, fatty foods especially red meat, and also alcohol.
