What is Gyoza? and what is the different? Well, let's we discuss a little bit about those two.

Dumpling:

First of all, Dumpling in Chinese, usually called Jiao Zi from China, Jiao Zi or dumplings are made from pork or shrimp and vegetables that are chopped and wrapped in thin dough, which is sealed by tapping the edges together. The dough is made from a mixture of wheat flour, water, and salt. This food is cooked by boiled or there some people like to fry the dumplings. Dumplings skin is thicker and relatively flat (more like ravioli) and is usually you can enjoy with soy sauce vinegar.

Gyoza:

Gyoza is a food that can be said to be adapted from Jiao Zi China. Gyoza's own name is Jiao Zi's pronunciation by Japanese people who can not speak Chinese. In fact, there is almost no difference between dumplings with Gyoza, Gyoza is also a thin dumpling with stuffed ground meat and vegetables. Gyoza types are divided into three based on how to cook it, namely yaki gyoza (pan-fried gyoza), sui gyoza (boiled gyoza), and age gyoza (deep fried gyoza). Usually gyoza is enjoyed with a soy sauce and vinegar sauce. The addition of chili powder is also recommended for you who want more spicy sauce. Almost no different right?
