What people say about 25 Degrees Singapore

39 reviews
  • I've lost count of the number of times I've been here — my love for the place is apparent in its status as my unequivocal reply to burger recommendations

  • Their basics are (almost) always pinpoint perfect

  • With the piquancy of thousand island sauce and sharp umami of gorgonzola blending with the beef juiced for a decadent eruption of of flavours

  • 25 Degrees Singapore is famous for their burgers

  • Happens to be a special that is only served in the month of February

  • Thankfully the sunny side up was still on point

  • Runny yolk and an egg white with crisp edges

  • Helped things a little with the maple syrup provided by the side for some moisture and sweetness — still wasn’t enough to save the day

  • The 25 Degrees Breakfast was probably the most blah breakfast plate I have had

  • Tater Tots) and scrambled eggs that is just a lazy attempt looking like a messy rendition of fried eggs — so much I skipped taking photos of it given how uninspiring it was

  • Their 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭 ($14) is still my numero uno — a thicc and juicy slab of patty embraced by pillowy buns

  • Everything on the menu is designed to be an ease to order hence the burgers are simply numbered

  • Number One to Four are your staple all time favourites while No 5 is on constant rotation (swipe right for the 5 burgers appearing in chronological order)

  • I personally enjoyed Number Two quite a bit with much of the burger’s juiciness coming from the roasted tomatoes

  • The Number 5 definitely pulled its weight as it was probably the thickest burger with crispy onion rings loaded to seduce diners to order it

  • Do note that Number 5 is only available till end of this month before they come up with the next creation

  • The ambience here was a thumbs up with its very casual and chic semi alfresco setting while still enjoying the air conditioning

  • Serving on their permanent menu are beef burgers number one to three ($14 each) which include the classic favourite

  • So satisfied with the tender beef patty and a touch of smokiness from the pastrami that has Swiss cheese melted over

  • Beef patties with caramalised onions drizzled w crescenze

  • Yellowfin tuna burger was the other burger that I tried

  • The fish burger is still good for non beef diners

  • The best selling Number 1 is a concentrated flavour bomb of caramelized onions and the double cheese deliciousness of creamy crescenza as well as potent gorgonzola melted over a thicc patty

  • Sandwiched between fluffy buns with thousand island sauce oozing out its edges

  • Get your hands on this towering bad boy laden with crisp jumbo onion rings

  • Search for the best burger continues

  • Was pretty impressed with their turkey patty

  • You know a burger bar is legit when it offers a wide selection of ingredients to create your very own burger masterpiece

  • This gorgeous hefty slab of beef is not your run of the mill beef patty that is basically ground up cow parts of unknown origins

  • 25 Degrees' beef patty is as premium as a patty can ever get

  • Sirloin steak is manually chopped with a cleaver by hand into grain sized bits and formed into a patty

  • Because the patty is not made up of beef that has been ground as nitty gritty as sand

  • Except that the mastication process is faster and so much more tender since the steak has been chopped into pearl shapes pieces

  • The burger was drenched in spicy aioli that contributed to a creamy

  • Garlicky and spicy dressing and finished off with point reyes blue cheese that gave a caustic richness to the burger

  • The same premium beef patty made from chopped sirloin is sandwiched between two fluffy buns and complemented by caramelized onions

  • The arugula refreshing the palate with its peppery evergreen freshness

  • Spicy aioli is surprisingly rather light and pleasant on the palate

  • The patty has a firm texture with a mild taste of the sea that is counterbalanced with the infusion of minced vegetables within the closely packed flakes of yellowfin tuna
