  • The entire leg was grilled right before our eyes

  • Served with lemon wedges and some really great sauce which is kept light to retain the freshness and sweetness of the crab

  • Probably the best deal for the $20 you spend here

  • Everything done right with the immensely flavorful pulled pork shoulder

  • The naturally sweet flesh of the fresh crustacean was superb on its own

  • One of the items that Chef Jake sent our way as part of the Chef’s Select Menu we chose was the grilled slice of bread topped with roasted tomatoes and fresh herbs

  • These precious little pieces of flesh are remarkably addictive

  • I had not ordered this in more than a year so it was good to have it again

  • The Bone Marrow Bun is the same super soft cushion of bun I remember

  • That still sports a few neat cuts into which rich bone marrow is generously gunked in

  • A really good choice if you are craving carbs but yearn for some meaty flavour too

  • Two relatively inexpensive dishes are your safest bet grissini ($12)

  • Soon after I appreciated how well the sticky sweet beef mixture went with the crunchy acidic pickles

  • They've became so popular that it was difficult to get a seat there

  • So each egg was only $1.20

  • The food there is still very good

  • Being one of Singapore's best restaurants also mean that there are many other items on this menu that were really good

  • Go for other dishes that are much cheaper than this as they're equally good as well

  • With each of their staff taking pride in what they are serving and chefs dedicating their passion to perfecting each dishes

  • The Steak Frites had a nice golden crisp to it contrasting with the fresh beef tartare atop it

  • While their Blackmore’s Cube Roll beef was well marbled and well seasoned on the exterior while retaining the original flavors of the beef on the interior

  • Their Burnt Ends Sanger was praise worthy too for the chunky pulled pork and well blended flavors of the coleslaw that was refreshing with a piquant note to it

  • It was Super succulent and flavourful with the bird’s original aroma

  • Frankly speaking most dishes were quite heavy

  • How much I wish the salad is just dressed with simple light vinaigrette

  • The Onglet ($28/100g) is cooked to juicy tender perfection

  • The sweet and savoury morass of beef marmalade will awaken your appetite with an explosion of ludicrously sublime flavours

  • I fell completely in love with it and it’s a must order for my partner and I whenever we visit Burnt Ends

  • Do make your reservations in advance (even up to months before) as walk ins are very rare and risky for a date night

  • Also note that most seating is in a row facing the open kitchen

  • Tried this before Burnt Ends was awarded the Michelin Star

  • Pulled Pork was executed nicely

  • Grilled to perfection and accompanied with in house sauce

  • The skinny legs were in fact pretty meaty

  • Their extraordinary service and good food left us with happy belly

  • U gotta try it yourself once in your life if you are a beef lover

  • Other appetiser we ordered are Beef and Chimichurri ($18+) and beef

  • Stay tune for next post review on the dessert we ordered sugared buttercake with smoke icecream ($12+) and marshmallow ($2)

  • This dish took me by surprise because although the strips of squid were really tender

  • They also had a distinct smoky flavour that was very refreshing

  • Would also recommend the Jamaican Chicken with Lime Crema ($10+
