What people say about DePizza

74 reviews
  • We got an assortment of pizzas with very interesting toppings

  • It’s slightly spicy due to the sambal but the lemak ness was not distinctive

  • Bacon and topped with bonito flakes

  • I liked that the crust wasn’t too thick so it was not surfeiting

  • It’s a relatively safe choice for people who are afraid to venture into new boundaries in terms of taste

  • Ikura & topped with nori flakes

  • I enjoyed the succulent sashimi pieces and the roe pieces which were bursting with flavour

  • Pizza is really good and the ambience is amazing (sit by the windows

  • With the 1 for 1 promotion with OCBC credit cards

  • The overall dining experience was still good

  • Though there is nothing new about incorporating Asian flavours into the humble Italian dish

  • DePizza’s range of fusion pizzas are pretty creative such as their Japanese inspired Takoyaki Pizza ($26) and a unique take on a Singaporean favourite

  • The former being a hit at the table with its savoury mayo takoyaki sauce base and generous spread of bonito flakes on their signature thin crusted dough

  • Squid and bacon hidden underneath the katsuobushi also blended well with thesweetness of the tonkatsu sauce

  • The All About Them Proteins Pizza ($25) and Really Cheesy Pizza ($20) were well received and delivered in flavour

  • The 5th deal is 1 for 1 pizza AND drink

  • Were generous with the ingredients

  • The layer of cheese was really thick

  • The meat lover pizza is ultimately the one that made my jaw drop because I thought it was the least fusion and unseemingly one of all that we ordered

  • Pepperoni complemented well with the sweet and spicy base which made every mouthful a delight

  • The mala pizza was one of the hottest star of the night physically because packs the right amount of spice which got slightly saltier with each bite

  • This cute little pudding was the best way to end of the night as it soft creamy texture blended with the tangy berries helped to neutralise our taste buds

  • Tako pizza was so good we devoured it even before taking a photo

  • Cheese was stringy and pizza was served piping hot

  • The person serving us was also very apologetic as there was a bulk order and our pizza took quite awhile

  • Nice place with freshly made pizza

  • The pineapples were juicy and sweet too

  • Truffle Fries $12 tasted more of like parmesan cheese fries with only hints of truffle oil flavour

  • Mayo base pizza topped with fresh salmon sashimi cubes

  • Ikura & finish off with nori flakes

  • The sashimi could be better flavoured because it was quite tasteless

  • We topped up with chicken meat for extra flavour

  • Chicken pcs were really small so my attention was more on the hard boiled egg slices

  • The only thing I didn’t like was the ikan bilis

  • Octopus and squid pcs were small but scattered generously around the pizza

  • I liked the thin crust which was crispy on the edges but chewy and juicy in the middle

  • So they sort of made sure that you climb a flight of stairs and dine with some background thumping noise during your meal

  • It was quite exciting to come in because they had a few special pizzas that were kind of special

  • So they had a sweet sour sauce base with countable chunks of pork

  • The letdown was actually that the miserably little pieces of meat were also dry and tough

  • So at some point I did wish the meat were not there at all

  • The Sashimi Pizza (S$27.00) was slightly more promising

  • Though there was also a not very friendly smell coming from the salmon

  • Disappeared quickly after consuming it with their mayonnaise base and seaweed flakes

  • The thin crispy crust made it feel like I was eating a gigantic salmon tapas

  • Made me wonder if decorating the pizza with some Mentaiko sauce could bring out more of the Japanese essence to the Italian fare

  • The portion is just nice for us because we need to reserve some space for our dessert after this

  • The flavours shown on the menu looked very promising however the taste was average at best

  • The takoyaki pizza was decent which a relatively crisp crust

  • The salted egg pizza however was disappointing

  • The salted egg flavour was not really present for most of the pizza

  • This is not a place I would recommend unless there is a bug change to how they make their pizzas

  • Especially with the 1 for 1 deal

  • Fans of Salted Egg Yolk (SEY) are bound to enjoy DePizza’s rendition of Golden Egg Pizza ($24+)

  • Boasts of rich & intense SEY flavours with their homemade sauce made with real SEY

  • This pizza is deserving as one of their best sellers

  • The young entrepreneurs & brainchild of this pizzeria are really humble folks who welcome and take customers’ feedback very seriously

  • So u can be assured that the intensity of the SEY sauce is definitely on point

  • The owner/staff is really friendly

  • We ordered Sashimi pizza and Four hit pizza which I think are worth the price

  • Featuring chunky slices of potatoes which are crisp on the outside yet remain soft & moist inside

  • Slather some of that generous drizzle of super rich mentaiko sauce topped with nori flakes & u’ll be in umami heaven

  • UNDER THE SEA ($29+) is where you will find mussels

  • Squid & scallops unite in fashion with a fresh mint finish

  • Just imagine a good bowl of seafood marinara on a pizza this is exactly it

  • The chefs at DePizza are certainly not scrimping on those ingredients generous amount of glorious seafood lay elegantly atop the thin pizza dough

  • Aromatic savoury cheese combine to sing a harmonious tune that is pleasing to my palate

  • Especially love how the sambal went well with the rest of the ingredients

  • The sweet and sour pork pizza is an interesting take on the traditional flavor of pizza

  • Must try for anyone seeking more variety or is bored of the current offerings

  • The person who served us was very polite and accommodating

  • I like the fact the pizza was thin crust and the service was A+

  • They serve unique and tasty pizza that are sure to interest any Singaporeans

  • The pizzas are very interesting such as Nasi Lemak Pizza
