What people say about Pasta Supremo

74 reviews
  • The fried shallots added a nice crunch and this is coming from someone who doesn’t like to eat fried shallots

  • You may enjoy it if you are a usual chicken skin lover

  • Unique combination of bakkwa shreds with generous servings of tobiko

  • This pasta is an acquired taste

  • Homemade fresh pasta with a touch of asian flavors

  • What I had is their ‘Chicken Rice’ pasta cooked with chicken broth and accompanied with chicken rice condiments such as the chilli

  • The sichuan chili oil was aromatic and went well with the tangy curly pasta

  • The Spicy pork Belly was well marinated and cucumber was crunchy

  • The Corn & Crab was crab meat on steam corn

  • Sweetness from the corn blends well with the seafood taste from the crab

  • The aglio olio base was slightly spicy

  • Overall it was a tasty dish

  • Offering fresh handmade pasta with an unconventional twist

  • Other than ordering from a range of Haus Pasta that are specially customized

  • You can also choose to build your pasta with interesting ingredients such as Lap Cheong Crumble

  • I must say their truffle cream pasta was pretty well executed and certainly not a run of the mill dish

  • Innovation was just not enough to impress me

  • One of the sides that they offer is the bak kwa bread

  • Crusty bread loaded with their in house bak kwa jam and topped with fried shallots and spring onions

  • This was quite addictive but will get overpowering real quick as it’s quite salty but the crunch from the shallots was a nice addition

  • Could’ve just gone with a classic meatball and spaghetti pasta

  • The pork belly and meatball were decent but nothing to shout about

  • The truffle cream was light and fragrant with the smell of truffle

  • I guess the flavours are not that robust and intense

  • At only $18 with Beyond 1 for 1 making it just $9 a pop

  • The real star of this dish is the meatballs actually

  • The portion is quite nuts as well

  • A considerable amount of pasta sprinkled with assorted minced meat

  • Loved the lapcheong bits and the butterfly pea infused pasta~ it was a tad too oily though

  • Recommended to share this because the portion was so big and i was so full even after sharing

  • The pink pasta was different and a must try with Mushroom and bacon

  • Situated somewhere far and deep within the labyrinth of a mall that is Suntec City

  • Served with scrumptious meatballs stuffed with water chestnuts

  • 2️⃣ Prawn Olio Olio ($18) subtle smokiness lent by the sichuan garlic oil plays with the garlic prawns and lap cheong crumble for an umami rich dish

  • Spinach pasta with marinara gravy

  • The pork lard commonly found in our bar chor mee or fried hokkien mee surprisingly goes together with the tangy tomato marinara

  • Sides were meh the meatballs (2 only) were $8 abit overpriced imo

  • I find more and more validation that classic tried and tested pasta dishes are the best way to approach pasta as I got disappointed by the lack of depth of “fusion” or “local” pasta

  • The Porky Marinara ($14++) was nothing to shout about

  • Corn and Crab ($6++) was corn kernels with cooked crab mince with some Japanese furikake

  • The Spiced Supremo Chicken Skins ($6++) was great with a cumin based seasoning to the crispy chicken skin

  • The palate of Pasta Supremo does not match our preferences at all in terms of complementary ingredients and tastes which is definitely what makes or breaks fusion cuisine

  • The minced sausage was too finely minced to make an impression

  • Would prefer if cubes of luncheon meat was used instead

  • This looks like somtam at first glance but this is actually somtam pasta

  • Their fried chicken skins are crispy and flavourful and they’re great for sharing as well

  • This dish here is a mushroom cream based one

  • All time favourite Prawn Olio Olio ($18) that comes with short curly pasta in sichuan garlic oil

  • The colour of the pasta is definitely interesting too

  • The 300 day grainfed Fatty Wagyu ($15) is sweet sesame dressing is a good choice

  • The irresistible Spiced Supremo Chicken Skins ($6) is good for sharing

  • Huge chunk skinless with authentic chicken rice chili with italian pasta

  • Great taste remind you of real chicken rice yet you are eating pasta too

  • The porky marinara came with generous serving of pork and one hug meatball

  • Pasta was well cooked and marinara sauce was indeed flavourful

  • The lup Cheong crumble is something unusual

  • Stuff on bread with 4 flavours are an excellent option for sharing while I find their mushroom & black truffle cream is the most outstanding one

  • The carbonara pasta is pretty good too

  • Curly pasta is very chewy and I kinda like that

  • The prawn aglio olio is one for spicy food lovers

  • I have a complaint that is it comes with waxed sausage bits in it and I don’t eat waxed sausages

  • Pastas here are interestingly infused with butterfly pea flower so they come out blue

  • The sauce is incredibly flavourful with the added pork croutons

  • The protein (meatball & bacon) was a lil dry in my dish

  • Gotta say the water chestnut is a nice addition in the golf ball sized meatball

  • My friends were asked not to consume their own drink (plain water)

  • While we understand outside food and drink is not allowed in most restaurants

  • To be asked not to consume our own plain water was a first for all of us at the table

  • Long pasta infused with activated charcoal

  • Short with beetroot and curly with butterfly pea flower

  • Especially if you are into greens

  • Garlic prawns were juicy while the lup cheong crumble adds a tinge of sweetness and crispiness to the pasta

  • The portion of their pastas in general was rather small

  • Mix and Match my own pasta choice with the following option
