Sabio by the Sea, grill restaurant and tapas bar located in Sentosa Cove, is the 8th restaurant concept created by Deliciae Hospitality Management in Singapore. Inspired by the original Sabio on Duxton Hill, the Spanish concept has been taken “to the sea”, featuring grilled meats and fishes together with Tapas, the design and ambience being laidback, spacious and airy. It is the perfect place to relax while facing Sentosa’s Marina and experiencing the best of Spanish cuisine in Singapore.

  • Beautifully cut Lava Cake with golden salted caramel flowing out endlessly

  • We usually see chocolate lava cake on dessert menu but not for Salted Caramel so this is worth the try

  • We tried a hot tapas which was the prawn dish and it was really good

  • It was without the discount so it was $18 for about 5 prawns

  • El Pulpo ($24++) is a dish of grilled octopus leg is served sliced up with a sprinkle of paprika

  • The mash didn't do much for me as it was a little too lumpy for my liking

  • The lemon served on the side was actually on the hot plate

  • I thought was odd because it was too freaking hot to squeeze immediately

  • Initially the pace was good with all the dishes we ordered arriving on the table in a few batches

  • We had to wait longer & had to check with the staff about our orders

  • Overall it was a nice & relaxing experience with activities for the kids and a great view of the Sentosa waterfront
